3. Processors and recipients
- Vercel Inc. (USA) – hosting
- Supabase Inc. – database and login (data stored in the EU, Frankfurt)
- Anthropic PBC (USA) – AI model that generates assessments and chat answers; under its commercial terms, API data is not used to train its models
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / Stripe Inc. – payments and invoices
- Resend Inc. (USA) – transactional email
Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Automated assessment
Our scores evaluate companies, not individuals, and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you as a person. You can still ask for a human review of any result.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@primeaiscore.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Hungary: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, naih.hu).
